Each product handover is a delivery of our commitment: TXLET is not just a supplier—we are a companion on the customer's development journey.
This trust, over time, has become the foundation of the TXLET brand. A brand that not only represents advanced engineering but is also a symbol of responsibility, credibility, and human-to-human sharing.
Because above all, TXLET believes: "We are not just lifting heavy objects—we are lifting trust, lifting hope, and elevating the industrial dreams of the world."

The world is changing faster than ever. From towering structures in the city to energy plants stretching across mountains—all development points towards a common goal: efficiency, sustainability, and harmony with people.
TXLET understands that to go further, we need not only advanced technology but also an innovative mindset and responsibility for the future. Every TXLET advance, whether in mechanical design, smart control systems, or energy-saving materials, has one purpose in mind: to make the world a stronger, safer, and more sustainable place.
In this journey, TXLET does not stand alone. We collaborate with global corporations, engineers, and experts—sharing knowledge, experience, and aspiration to create the lifting systems of the future: more flexible, smarter, and more environmentally friendly.
Because we believe: "Technology is only truly meaningful when it helps people live better, and the earth lasts longer."
Every project TXLET participates in—from hydroelectric plants, wind power stations, to heavy manufacturing industrial parks—is part of the bigger picture of global sustainable development. And in every corner of that picture, TXLET is proud to contribute its own color: the color of trust, innovation, and the aspiration towards a sustainable future.
We know the road ahead is long, but with the companionship of customers, partners, and people who believe in genuine value, TXLET will continue to write its story—a story about technology, people, and a sustainable future.

At TXLET, trust is placed squarely on uncompromising technical performance. We understand that in heavy industry, a minor detail can make the difference between smooth operation and costly downtime. That is why every one of our products is not merely a piece of equipment, but the culmination of thousands of hours of research and testing.
Every TXLET lifting system is built on three core components:
These are the "heart" of the operation. TXLET gearboxes are designed with high safety factors and utilize special alloy steel, treated through advanced heat processing. This ensures superior load-bearing capacity, anti-wear properties, and minimal noise—a crucial factor in modern manufacturing environments. We prioritize modular construction for ease of maintenance and replacement, ensuring maximum client uptime.
TXLET's hoist design integrates standard Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) control technology. This not only provides the ability to move heavy loads with millimeter precision but also significantly reduces mechanical stress and achieves considerable electrical energy savings. The hoists are also equipped with real-time Condition Monitoring systems, allowing for the prediction and prevention of failures before they occur.
TXLET cranes are fitted with advanced automation features like Anti-Sway Systems and laser positioning. These features ensure loads are lifted faster, safer, and minimize the risk of collision due to operational errors, even for high-value or fragile items.
TXLET's global quality is maintained through a rigorous control process:
Every critical component, especially welds and load-bearing structures, undergoes Ultrasonic Testing and Magnetic Particle Testing to ensure there are no microscopic defects.
Every completed unit is tested at over 125% of its static-rated load and over 110% of its dynamic-rated load before leaving the factory, strictly adhering to international standards such as FEM (European Federation of Materials Handling) and ISO.

TXLET's adaptability and engineering flexibility are best demonstrated through the projects we have completed worldwide.
To construct a high-capacity crane for the installation and maintenance of offshore wind turbines in a region with high winds and harsh, low-temperature conditions. The crane had to operate safely and accurately on an unstable floating platform.
We designed a specialized Offshore Crane using highly corrosion-resistant materials (high chromium content) and a complex electro-hydraulic stabilization system. Crucially, we integrated a special anti-cable-twist system to ensure the turbine could be lifted safely and precisely even in rough seas, helping the contractor shorten the installation time by 20% compared to the initial estimate.

The plant required a crane system for continuous 24/7 lifting of hot molten steel. Working conditions are extremely harsh with high temperatures, industrial dust, and the need for absolute operational reliability to avoid millions of USD in damages.
We provided a series of Heavy-Duty Metallurgical Cranes with dual redundancy configuration for both brakes and motors. All electrical equipment was installed in special cooling and protection enclosures (IP66), and an infrared temperature monitoring system was used to provide early warnings about overheating, ensuring the equipment operates continuously in environments exceeding 60°C (140°F).
The port required an ultra-fast and highly automated lifting solution to optimize container handling, minimizing ship turnaround time.
We not only supplied High-Speed Electric Hoists but also developed smart control software integrated with the customer's Terminal Operating System (TOS). This solution allowed for the optimization of the hoist path and automatic container stacking with high accuracy, increasing loading and unloading productivity by up to 30% and minimizing human error.

TXLET's growth is tied to the vision of a more efficient, safe, and sustainable industrial world. We believe that advanced engineering must be a tool for protecting the planet.
Every new piece of TXLET equipment is designed to minimize energy consumption:
During the lowering process, the hoist motor acts as a generator, converting kinetic energy into electrical energy and feeding it back into the factory's power grid. This results in significant savings in operational electricity costs.
By using lightweight but high-strength materials, we reduce the overall weight of the crane. A lighter structure means the motor requires less energy to move the equipment, directly reducing the CO2 footprint.
"The world we elevate" also includes communities and the workforce. Safety is a non-negotiable value at TXLET.
We not only comply with but also exceed international safety standards (OSHA, EN). Every piece of equipment is fitted with redundant safety features such as travel limit switches, overload protection, and multi-layer emergency stop systems, ensuring the safest possible working environment for operators.
TXLET is committed to supporting our customers through intensive training programs for engineering and operations teams. We transfer not just the product, but also a culture of safety and preventative maintenance to ensure the equipment has the longest possible lifespan and operates with the lowest possible risk.
